Checking important results
How to verify redactions, conversions and archival files before you rely on them.
When to check
For documents that matter, such as contracts, official forms and archives, open the downloaded file in another PDF reader and check it before you share it or replace the original.
Redaction
Search the result for the text you removed to confirm it's really gone, and check that nothing else was hidden by mistake.
Conversions
Check the page count, the layout and any tables. Office conversions of complex documents may need small touch-ups.
PDF/A and archiving
BoringPDF output is not certified. If you need verified archival compliance, check the file with a dedicated PDF/A validator.
